Very recently, Montecasino became the only casino in South Africa to have a dedicated Poker Lounge, and only a year, we are hosting our very own Montecasino Poker Champs Tournament with an estimated prize pool in excess of R2 Million in cash!

Taking place from Friday, 26 – Sunday, 28 March at La Toscana at Montecasino, the Poker Champs Tournament is an absolute must for both casual and very serious poker players! Not only can you enter directly into the Main Event, but you can also win a seat through one of the Satellite Tournaments or by pre-registering online!

Pre-register and WIN A SEAT IN THE MAIN EVENT
Registration is quick and easy! Click here to pre-register online for one of the satellite tournaments or the main tournament. That way, we will have everything ready for you when you arrive. You will just need to come to the Main Cash Desk with your ID document and registration fees and that’s it. You can then take your seat and get your Poker face on.

Also, by registering online you could actually win your seat into the Main Event courtesy of Montecasino. We’ll even throw in some free accommodation and a few other surprises to give you the full VIP treatment for which we are so well known!

Satellite Events
Our Satellite Poker Tournaments take place in the Poker Suite from 7.30pm every Tuesday until the 25th of March. The buy-in for these Satellites is R1 650 and registration starts at the Montecasino Cash Desk at 5pm on the day. Please note that Satellites can also be arranged on demand if a minimum of 10 players register!
